Stunning iridescent green vintage dress designed by Victor Costa and purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue in the 1980's. This gorgeous and dramatic evening gown has a back zipper and the semi off shoulder neckline is covered with bows. There is a built in tulle slip, making this dress fit like the perfect ballgown and the dress is in excellent condition.
